Step two: Check your usage

Once you’ve accessed the usage tool, you’ll see an ongoing summary of current usage for the current month in the left column (A).

You will also see any additional usage charges.(B).

Your usage will be broken down into how much you’ve downloaded, how much you’ve uploaded (C), and how these figures compare to the usage allowance for your specific Internet service.

If you click on the “Day To Day” tab, you’ll have access to a day-to-day usage summary, so you can clearly see how changes to you or your family’s schedule or habits may have affected usage.

The “Previous Monthly History” tab will outline how your usage varies from one month to the next, so you can anticipate future changes you’d like to make to your service.
